Chris Carman

Managing Director

With more than 40 years’ experience in land development and major civil engineering projects, Chris is passionate about creating a team environment to get the very best from people’s experience, knowledge and ideas. Regardless of the size of a project, his approach is as if it were his own.

Recognised as National Project Director of the Year in 2009, his out-of-the-box thinking and hands-on methodology enables him to overcome complex challenges. He possesses strong leadership qualities and experience to guide consultancy teams through all phases of government and private land development projects.

Specialising in detailed scope, risk, budget and schedule analysis and assessment, Chris also has comprehensive stakeholder management, procurement and contract administration experience.

Chris has been responsible for the successful delivery of some of the state’s most complex and significant development projects, including the flagship Joondalup City Centre and the multi award winning Mandurah Ocean Marina for LandCorp.

Chris is the immediate past president of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management and has served on the National Board of Directors. He has a Master of Project Management, a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Vivienne Mossman

Project Administrator

With more than 20 years’ experience in finance, senior administration and HR, Vivienne provides project support to our Project Managers and clients. Her high level financial management, organisational and communication skills make her a pivotal link between our business and the developers we work with.

She oversaw the administration of fencing and landscaping contracts for residential developments at Champion Lakes, Seville Grove and Harvest Lakes. Currently, she is working with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, providing project support on the Forrestdale West Business Park and Wungong projects.

Part of our team for nearly five years, Vivienne has a Cert IV in Project Management, an Advanced Certificate in Office Administration and is half-way through completion of an Advanced Diploma of Accounting.

Peter Crook


Having spent nearly 50 years in the land development industry, Peter excels in strategic management of all facets of delivery for retail, residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

With an in depth knowledge of relevant acts, regulations and statutory processes, he specialises in client user needs analysis, design control, commercial analysis, approval processes, consultant briefs, management of tenders, tender documentation and project management relating to both private and public opportunities.

Peter is also adept at control of land sales, auctions, valuations, price setting and assessment of market influencers.

Having worked on a wide range of high profile projects such as Rockingham Shopping Centre, Oakajee, AMC and Technology Park in Bentley, he has also contributed to the development of residential estates including Meadow Springs, Currambine and Clarkson.  He has also recently completed the new Daimler facility in Perth for AHG.

A strong proponent of nurturing talent within the industry, Peter mentors and trains the teams he leads using a hands-on approach.

A Member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers, Peter was previously State Secretary of the Australian Institute of Urban Studies and is a past Member of the Royal Australian Planning Institute.
