Industry experience:

Brett has in excess of 25 years experience in project management and brings technical, commercial and a delivery oriented expertise to all projects. Brett is a strong negotiator which combined with an energetic and creative approach has resulted in a very high level of client satisfaction in the delivery of projects on time, budget and quality.

Brett has worked on numerous large land development projects including industrial estates such as Cockburn Commercial Park, Enterprise Park, Forrestdale Business park, Avon Industrial Park, Meridian Park and Australian Marine Complex. Residential Estates include Belvedere Hills, Champion Lakes Estate, Harvest Lakes Estate, Gwelup Estate and Thomsons Lakes Estate and Cockburn Waters.

Brett has led numerous planning studies and been at the forefront of the charge toward sustainable outcomes in the land development industry.
