Respected Project Director, Chris Carman established Benchmark Projects in 1988 introducing a new standard of client-focussed project management in Australia.

Since then Chris and fellow Director Brett Chivers have built a small, dedicated team of project management specialists capable of meeting the most challenging and diverse project demands.

Our experience and expertise in marina and waterfront developments, contaminated sites, major urban renewal and specialist industrial and commercial projects has seen Benchmark Projects earn a reputation for innovation and results.
