Benchmark Projects is a specialised Project Management consultancy firm, which has the ability to undertake small to large scale commissions for a wide range of clients in the private and government sectors. Our professional expertise and experience ensures we consistently provide clients with the very highest standard of service.

Benchmark Projects was founded by Chris Carman in 1979 to provide clients with comprehensive design and project management services. Since that time, Chris has been joined by fellow director Brett Chivers, supported by several project managers on staff and also in a consulting capacity on an as-needed basis.

The firm has also established numerous professional associations throughout the property and development industry, which are utilised as required, in order to broaden the range of services offered to clients.

Benchmark Projects has extensive experience in land development projects and, in particular, has been involved in the provision of Project Management Services to LandCorp, the State Government land development agency, since 1988 on a wide range of residential and major urban projects, including the flagship Joondalup City Centre and Mandurah Ocean Marina Projects.

The firm has thoroughly demonstrated its ability to consistently achieve the client’s objectives in time, cost and quality. Almost every project managed by Benchmark Projects has been delivered on budget, on time and to an extremely high standard of finish.
