Mindarie Keys Harbour Estate
Prepared feasibility study into the acquisition of the Mindarie Keys Harbour Estate located 30 kilometres north of Perth on the coast including a marina and resort facility.

Formed part of the Project Management group on behalf of eight Joint Venture Partners to improve the performance of the development, including resident angst at the previous developers, to what is now a very successful and awarded development.

Ellenbrook Joint Venture
Completed the due diligence for the acquisition of a 52.8% interest in the Ellenbrook Joint Venture on behalf of four Joint Venture Partners including demand analysis, sales and profitability forecasts for a development that will eventually house a population of some 30,000 people.

St Louis Retirement Estate
Project Manager for the addition of central administration and recreational facilities at the St Louis Retirement Estate, Claremont, including the preservation of a “Heritage Listed Building”.  Managed the process of obtaining the Residents approval for the redevelopment of the Retirement Village without displacing the resident population.
