Enterprise Park
Project
Enterprise Park is one of Perth’s most successful industrial estates. Covering 170 hectares of land bound by Ocean Reef Road to the North and Gnangara Road to the South, the development was accelerated to meet the unprecedented demand for industrial land within the Perth metropolitan area.

Scope of Work
Benchmark Projects was the external project manager for Enterprise Park, Wangara.
Challenges
- Complex issues involving adjoining land-owners
- Extraction of over 3.5 million m3 to meet construction design levels for construction
- The need to continue on-site sand mining while simultaneously developing and releasing land
Innovations and Solutions
Benchmark Projects championed the lowering of Ocean Reef Road adjacent to the north- eastern precincts of Enterprise Park which greatly improved connectivity and visual aspect to the abutting development.
This reduced road noise to existing landowners to the north, increased the amount of sand that could be mined and resulted in a better commercial outcomes for the client.
Arrangements to prefund the design against scheme offsets resulted in the City of Wanneroo leveraging matched Federal funds to complete the project.
Outcomes
Enterprise Park plays a pivotal role in meeting ongoing demand for industrial land in Perth’s North-West corridor.
The extension of Ocean Reef Road and the connection to Gnangara road through the estate will result in increased permeability of traffic for the new establishing businesses which now call Enterprise Park home.
